Huila is downright plain and simple an extraordinary coffee. Gorgeous complexity of chocolaty and vainilla flavors blend in perfectly with the medium acidity and body.

This region located in the south of Colombia, where the three cordillerasemerge, is comprised by the Departments of Tolima, Huila, Cauca y Nariño. It totals nearly 356.000 hectares* in coffee. The crops are harvestedfrom April to June and fromOctober to December.
